​Delivery Service

Hong Kong area only

 

We will use SF Express service for your order. Once the ordered goods are shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking number.

 

  • For orders over HK$300 (after discounted), free delivery will be provided.

  • The minimum purchase order is HK$250. For purchase amount HK$250-$299 of each order, an additional shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged.

 ​

  • After the order is confirmed, it will usually be delivered within 4 to 7 working days.

  • Products are handmade once order placed. Due to dedicated time required for your handmade products, we will try our best to complete your order as soon as possible. In case of any changes, we will contact you at your earliest convenience.

  • Shipping services are not provided on Sundays and public holidays. When severe weather occurs, such as Storm Signal No. 8/higher typhoon signal hoisting/black rainstorm warning signal, etc., the shipment date will be postponed or suspended.

  • The general delivery time of SF Express: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. The delivery person may usually notify the recipient by phone call prior to delivery (subject to SF Express arrangement).

  • To ensure that your order can be delivered smoothly, please make sure to fill in the correct delivery address and phone number. In case of any errors or omissions, please contact SF Express for change. The company is not responsible for any delays or surcharges caused by any information errors.

  • Replacement or refund will not be accepted for customers who purchased the wrong products, opened or used products.

  • When the goods are delivered to the delivery address selected by the recipient, no one is there to receive and sign to confirm receipt, the additional delivery fee incurred will be paid by the recipient to the courier when the goods are re-delivered.

  • If you choose SF station self-pickup/smart locker: Please download the SF Hong Kong SFHK APP and turn on the pickup notification function to avoid missing express delivery reminders. If the package cannot be picked up within the limited time, SF Express will charge additional fees to the recipient, and the company will not be responsible for it.

  • The company will not make any compensation for any damage or loss caused during transportation.

  • In case of any dispute, PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE reserves the right of final decision.

*If we have not received your payment within 24 hours after placing the order, the order will be deemed abandoned or cancelled.

Please contact us via WhatsApp 6114 3817 within 24 hours after placing the order with your order number, and we will provide you with a PayMe QR Code for payment.
