Any use of PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE website indicates your agreement and acceptance of the following terms offered by PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE.

 

  • Due to system auto-processing limitations, the order cannot be cancelled or changed after submission.

  • Please correctly enter your name, email address and telephone, and shipping address to ensure that orders can be processed correctly. PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE is not responsible for any loss caused due to inaccurate information provided.

  • Any additional orders placed even on the same day will be treated as a separate order.

  • If the products ordered are not available, PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE reserves the right to refuse that order and may arrange a refund.

  • The product images on this website are for recognition purposes, they may slightly differ from actual products. PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE will not accept this as a reason for refund.

  • If the products customers receive mismatch with the order, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt for following up.

  • If the product received is defective, please submit exchange request within 3 working days by returning the product with the receipts to PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE for following up. The order is deemed completed if no exchange request is submitted within 3 working days after products received.

  • PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE is not responsible for any errors or problems caused by improper use of products.

  • All products sold only are for personal use and not be used for any commercial purpose. PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE has the right to refuse orders which are suspected for commercial purposes.

  • All content, including but not limited to texts, music, files, audio files, photographs, videos, images, or the content of advertisements, are for online browsing, personal and non-commercial purposes, and are protected by the copyright, trademark, patent and other relevant intellectual property laws. Without the prior written consent, you shall not print, copy, publish or download any part of the content.

Product Exchange

Customers who receive the product within 3 days, if the product is found to have any issues, you can send email at cs@prettymercy.com or WhatsApp 6114 3817 with your receipt, name and contact number for following up. Customers must provide PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE with the original receipt and the products with intact packaging for following up.

 

  • PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE will consider the sufficiency of the reason for product exchange. The exchange will not be proceeded if it does not meet our exchange policy.

  • Customers can exchange once for the same product. We do not accept further exchange of the replacement product.

  • In any circumstances, we only offer exchange service, and refunds will not be provided.

  • If the customer fails to submit exchange request within 3 days after products received, the transaction is deemed completed. PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement or exchange.

  • PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE reserves all right of the final decision on products  exchange or relevant issues.

 

 

Exchanges are not accepted under the below circumstances:

 

  • Products received for more than 3 days.

  • The shelf life of the products is expired.

  • The products have been opened or used more than 50%.

  • If customers have allergic or adverse reactions to the products which may be unsuitable for the customers to apply, PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE is not liable to bear any responsibility and associated costs.

  • Product that has deteriorated but has been used up more than 50% of the original capacity.

  • Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.

  • Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.

  • Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.

 

PRETTY MERCY NATURAL LIFESTYLE reserves the right to unilaterally change the above and other terms related to the sale of products without prior notice.
